Local Action Plan is the culmination of 5 years work, research
and consultation, by the Upper Sirhowy Valley Community
Partnership and is a significant achievement for the Partnership.
Below shows how the draft Local Action Plan has been produced.

The Plan identifies the needs and priorities within the Upper
SirhowyValley, the projects that the Partnership wish to
implement to address their needs and their vision and
objectives for improving the quality of life for people living
within their community over the next 10 years.

It has been developed in line with the 6 themes of the Communities First
Vision Framework and the themes of Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Community Strategy and as such forms an integral part of the Community Planning process. The Action Plan will be reviewed annually and is likely to change and develop over time, but will be a key tool to help inform and influence agencies delivering services in the community and funding bodies.
